Modernstone Concrete Fence Single-Sided 200x200 cm

The Modernstone single-sided concrete fence 200x200 cm is a highly durable and low-maintenance boundary solution. This set includes 5 reinforced concrete panels (200x40x3.5 cm) and 1 concrete post (260x12x12 cm) with a 200 cm groove. The Modernstone texture provides a sleek and contemporary appearance.

The fence is supplied in standard grey. If you prefer a specific RAL colour, simply order Concrete Glaze. A matching top cover strip is available as an option.

Installation Guide (Short Version)

1. Preparation & Stabilisation

• Use approx. 3 bags of fast-setting concrete for starting/corner posts.
• Intermediate posts can be stabilised with recycled concrete + cement.
• Position the first post at the correct height and compact thoroughly.

2. Height Determination

• Mark a 40 cm reference line using a laser or water level.
• Install a guide cord for aligning the bottom panel.
• The bottom panel must sit a few cm into the ground.

3. Placing Panels & Posts

• Dig each post hole at 2 m intervals.
• Place a stone under the panels to prevent sinking.
• Install 3–4 panels, then set the next post and align it.

4. Managing Height Differences

On sloped ground, install the fence in steps by grinding the required difference into the bottom panel.

5. Finishing

• Adjust panels with a lever if necessary.
• Wedge the panels firmly inside the posts.
• Finish all joints with mortar.
