PREFACE Preferably to be used on a paved surface. Bee
application directly on garden soil always use pavement tiles under the
lines as a foundation (Fig. 1). In that case first level the ground and possibly
remove weeds and use “anti-root cloth” to prevent growth
prevent new weeds as much as possible. around the terraces
and keep the rails at least 3 cm clear of walls or obstacles. Around the
length effect due to the influence of varying temperatures of the composite
to be able to accommodate parts, you must use multiple parts in the
to keep an opening in the longitudinal direction of the terrace between the ends
of approximately 1 cm. Always use a saw blade for sawing the material
with fine tooth.
STEP 1
• Lay the rails (substructure) flat, each time with a maximum of 30 cm from each other
(Fig. 6). Make sure that the terrace is slightly in the longitudinal direction of the terrace parts
slopes down at a slight angle of inclination of approximately 1 cm per linear metre
so that the rainwater flows off the terrace. At the beginning and end every time
install two beams at a center distance of 18 cm.
TIP: Keep terrace boards 2 - 3 cm longer, after installation with a circular saw
shorten the correct length and then mount the finishing profile. This provides an additional
tight finish.
STEP 2
• Place a finishing profile against the beginning of the rows (A-horizontal).
(A-vertical) (Fig. 2).
• Saw this finishing profile in a “false” miter. Note: do this according to the drawing (Fig.
7 and 8) in order to be able to handle the finishing profile on the so-called “head end” afterwards
let it close. Do this only according to the drawing (Fig. 7 and 8).
STEP 3
• Now place the first terrace section (B). Make sure that the brass of the finishing profile
and the groove of the decking fit together and connect properly.
• Then screw the finishing profile to it at least every 40 cm
decking with the supplied long screws in the specified position
v-grooves. Pay attention to the power of your screwdriver (Fig. 3).
Tip: for extra strength, the horizontal rails can be fitted with angle irons
screwed onto the vertical finishing profile (Fig. 9).
STEP 4
• When the first part is laid, place on each line, in the groove of it
decking, a clip (C). Make sure they fit snugly and then screw the
clips loose/tighten on the line with the supplied short screws (Fig. 4). You can now
install your second decking and repeat the above until the desired one
size of your terrace has been reached. After complete assembly of the terrace, all
Tighten screws and clips (pay attention to the power of your screwdriver).
STEP 5
• After the last terrace section, finish with a finishing profile (A-vertical).
both the long side and the so-called “head side”. Now saw to connect it
profile on the longitudinal side in “false” miter.
ATTENTION: do this according to the drawing (Fig. 7 and 8) for the finishing profile afterwards
on the so-called "head end". Please note that the
rails (A-horizontal) are cut to the correct length, so that the decking
protrudes slightly (approx. 8 mm) and the finishing profile can connect properly (Fig. 5).
Then screw the finishing profile to the terrace part every 40 cm with the
long screws supplied
indicated v-grooves (Fig. 5).
TIP: An extra tight and firm attachment of the finishing profile is possible
be achieved if you place another one at right angles to the ends of the bottom rail
bottom rail, using angle irons such as
described in step 3. In that case the bottom lines 50 + 8 = 58
mm shorter than the end of the last deck. After
placement of the last terrace part, the finishing profile can then become good
secured (Fig. 10). Before you install the finishing profile on the so-called "head end"
confirmed the following is important:
• Make sure that you “turn” the profile in relation to the profile on the longitudinal side before you
cutting (Fig. 6).
• Then saw according to the drawing (Fig. 7 and 8) to connect it
finishing profile for the “head end” in “false” miter.
• Then screw the finishing profile to the underlying profile every 40 cm
align with the supplied long screws in the indicated position
v-groove (Fig. 6).
The terrace parts are profiled on one side and brushed flat on one side
to be applied according to your preference. Pay attention to the power of your screwdriver.
The terrace parts are suitable for use as a terrace part under normal conditions
conditions, provided laying instructions are observed.
Not suitable for load-bearing structures. Store flat to avoid deformation
